For Bed and Breakfast, the Woodside Inn has a two night minimum night stay on weekends and one night minimum stay Monday – Thursday! Our rates are $135 per room. We offer a hot country breakfast served at 8:30 a.m. with coffee and hot tea available earlier. Extra early breakfast also available upon request.
Woodside House, as a self-catering facility, means that you rent the entire house and have access to all the facilities including:
- bedrooms (5 in all)
- commercial kitchen
- free wifi
- laundry room
- outside grounds (including deck and outdoor grill)
- free unlimited long distance calling within the US
This arrangement in designed for discerning groups and families who prefer the comfort and convenience of a large, luxurious country manor over an ordinary hotel room. It is also very conveniently located three miles from the VIR (read more).

A deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. At the time of your arrival this becomes a damage deposit and will be deducted from your balance due on the morning of your departure.
As a venue for full weekend weddings, the whole house is used for two days during the weekend including the 5 bedrooms and Library room sleeping up to 14 guests for one night, commercial kitchen for your caterer, 2 parlors and library, 8 bathrooms and garden grounds for your ceremony and reception. This package also includes canopy’s, tables and chairs for 150 guests. Full weekend wedding package is $2500 plus tax. Other optional wedding packages are available to meet your specific needs.

For events such as reunions and parties, our guests enjoy bringing their food supplies and using our facilities and equipment to store and prepare for their event. For large outdoor events, You can bring your own outdoor tables, chairs and canopy or we can arrange for these items to be rented for you at your cost. Non-profit organizations can receive a 10% discount on table, chair and canopy rentals.

Luncheons and showers are an option that allows your guests a chance to enjoy a tour of our historical manor house. With the use of our facilities, you can host an indoor luncheon seat up to 12 or an outdoor event on our shady garden grounds. Woodside is ideal for bridal and baby showers.
Rate: $150 (2-3 hours)

If you need a place to hold your meeting, Woodside can prepare a first floor room for you. One of our two parlors, library or dining room is available and our Wifi service will allow you to use multiple devices.
